We support publishers and individuals with the following services:

We can mark up manuscripts using industry editing marks or with software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Adobe InCopy).

Grammar, usage, and style

We are proficient in (and lifelong students of) grammar, conventional usage, and multiple styles.

Our experience includes applying the following styles to manuscripts: The Chicago Manual of Style, The Associated Press Stylebook, corporate house styles, and industry specific ones (e.g., for the Society of Petroleum Engineers).

Having earned our editing certificates from The University of Chicago, most projects we manage follow Chicago style and its recommendation to use dictionaries published by Merriam-Webster.
